The World's Best Cheeses is one of America’s leading specialty cheese importers and distributors. We are looking for an extremely organized individual to join our team as a Part Time Assistant Logistics Coordinator. There will be opportunity to advance to full time, if desired.
Responsibilities include:
-Working with our drivers to sequence daily routes
-Arranging 3rd party trucking for out of town customers
-Assisting with customer returns and other customer service issues
-Invoicing
-Receiving of inventory
-Assisting with new account credit checks
-General office administrative work
We are looking for a minimum work schedule of Monday-Thursday 3-7pm, if your schedule permits we would have you come in as early as 12pm.
Proficiency in Microsoft excel is required, as is the ability to type quickly and accurately using a number pad.
We are open to training but preferred qualifications include:
-Prior office experience
-Prior experience in logistics or AR

Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
