The Freezer Cold Storage warehouse in San Jose is looking for experienced warehouse supervisor.
Position Overview
Job role includes frozen products receiving, shipping, inventory management and organization. Must be versatile and flexible, basic technological understanding, friendly and willing to perform many varied tasks throughout the day. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail, and ability to perform multi-task.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Fulfill of customer orders
Maintain and Manage warehouse inventory
Perform other tasks as directed by management
Experience & Credentials:
Shipping/Receiving warehouse experience
Prefer 2 years of shipping, processing, or Cold Storage warehouse experience
High School diploma or equivalent
Skills & Technical Knowledge:
Dependable, efficient, and trustworthy
Team player with a positive attitude
Accuracy, attention to detail
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Excellent time management skills to effectively multi-task in a busy work situation
Good communication skills (speaking English and Spanish)
Ability to operate Forklift - REQUIRED
Ability to lift 60 lbs - REQUIRED
Must be able to work inside the freezer facility - REQUIRED
