Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator (Hybrid Operations Role)

Location: SF Bay Area - Brisbane

Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

THE ROLE:

Are you a "hands-on" problem solver who is just as comfortable building a pallet as you are building a spreadsheet?

We are looking for a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to join our operations team. This is a unique hybrid position that bridges the gap between the warehouse floor and the procurement desk. You will be the "command center" of our inventory—physically preparing shipments and managing the digital data that keeps our supply chain running.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Warehouse Operations (50%):

- Prep and package products for safe shipment.

- Print shipping labels and organize outgoing orders.

- Build and wrap pallets for freight pickups.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

- Data, Inventory & Purchasing (50%):

- Master the Spreadsheet: Organize complex inventory data in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data entry).

- Purchasing: Monitor stock levels and place orders to restock inventory before it runs low.

- Data Integrity: Ensure data is accurate across our different software tools; you are the "source of truth" for our inventory numbers.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

- Computer Proficient: You are tech-savvy. You don’t just "know" Excel; you are comfortable manipulating data files and learning new software quickly.

- Physically Active: You are willing to lift boxes, stand for periods, and do the manual prep work required to get orders out the door.

- Detail-Obsessed: You spot the typo on the label or the error in the spreadsheet before anyone else does.

- Language Skills: Fluency in Cantonese or Spanish is highly preferred (but not required) to assist in communicating with our diverse vendors and partners.

BONUS POINTS IF:

- You have experience with Purchasing/Procurement software.

- You are bilingual in Cantonese or Spanish.

- You have previous experience negotiating with vendors or suppliers.

WHY JOIN US?

- Career Growth: You will learn the ins and outs of Supply Chain Management, Procurement, and Logistics—highly valuable skills in the Bay Area job market.

- Impact: You aren't just a number here. You will handle the purchasing and data that drives our business forward.

Competitive Pay: We offer a "hybrid premium" pay rate because we value your dual skillset.

HOW TO APPLY:

Please submit your resume and a brief note about your experience with Excel to this listing.
