Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Reliable method of transportation to work
Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs
Basic computer skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Pass pre-employment drug screening
Front Counter and Customer Service a plus
Responsibilities
Manage front counter financial transactions
This role maintains the condition of the sales floor, ensuring that it is clean and shoppable
Actively seek out and take an interest in customers
Offer a friendly greeting, smile, and make eye contact with customers
Ask open-ended questions in order to determine customer needs
Advise customers about member benefits, promotions, and sales while answering questions about merchandise
Drive sales by discussing available options (good, better, best) and suggesting related items
Set and achieve personal sales goals
Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Ensure store is in stock, clean, and shoppable
Test batteries
Receiving and Shipping of inventory
Stocking warehouse with inventory
Operating forklift and electric pallet jack
Maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness
Stacking batteries on pallets to DOT regulations
Charging, cleaning and testing of dealer batteries
Loading and unloading freight trucks
Processing freight paperwork
Picking NAC orders
