Westside Joe's Bikes is a friendly neighborhood bike shop. We're a community resource for all types of cyclists from all walks of life. We're looking for an experienced and knowledgeable mechanic to join us for full time employment. We work on everything from well used city bikes to high end e-bikes and everything in between. We are passionate about bicycles and caring for our customers who ride them.
Job requirements:
- UBI certified, equivalent education and/or 3 years on the job experience.
-Strong problem solving and customer service skills, as well as technical knowledge to match the ever-changing landscape of the cycling industry.
- Service writing and sales skills.
- Ability to search out resources such as technical documents and instructions.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- A good attitude and a sense of humor.
- Ability to handle fast paced work environment.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Needs to be able to work independently at times with little supervision.
- Passionate about bicycles.
