We're an expanding, independent retailer & brand based in San Francisco with a loyal client base & a singular style. We're looking for intelligent, passionate people who want to make a first day impact, grow with our company & take on greater responsibility over time. We are collaborative, hard-working team players who welcome challenges. Our newest retail storefront will encourage growth & collaboration. Our focus and passions are fine jewelry, permanent jewelry and professional piercings. Our mission is to create an exceptional experience surrounding all facets of our jewelry and services.

About the Role:

Our Sales Associate will be joining our opening team for our first location outside of San Francisco. Our Sales Associate is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every client, as a consultant for our clients' experience of our luxury products, and to finding the best item match for each person. You'll organize & track orders, manage & maintain sales & adjust your sales strategies accordingly, and build individual experiences and lasting relationships with some of the best clients in the world. Our Sales Associates operate in a fast-paced environment and are the engines which drive the company, so you'll have the opportunity to have a clear impact on our growth while developing your client care skills.

- Manage and drive personal sales

- Contribute to a luxury environment.

- Seek ways to improve customer experience.

- Utilize sales strategies & problem-solving techniques.

- Create a one-on-one experience reflecting our luxury brand.

- Demonstrate responsibility & accountability for individual & team goals.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shifts

- 5 days a week

- on site

About You:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.

- Fine jewelry sales & knowledge highly preferred.

- General sales skills & experience working in a retail environment.

- Desire to connect, solve problems, create lasting positive experiences

- Excellent professional verbal and written communication

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to adhere to & implement safety & security policies and procedures regarding high value products

- Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible work environment

- Exceptional time management skills and accountability

- Team-oriented & collaborative worker

- Eagerness to learn & desire to grow
