Sarah's Silks is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Order Fulfillment team! The Order Filler 1 works in our Graton warehouse and is responsible for mastering all tasks related to the fulfillment of domestic and international, direct-to-customer orders placed through the Sarah’s Silks website.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
︎ Job Type: Permanent, part-time, non-exempt
︎ Schedule: Flexible, 10-25 hours/week, Mon-Fri 9 am - 5:30 pm
︎ Start date: As soon as possible
︎ Salary range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
︎ Location: Graton, CA
ORDER FILLER 1 RESPONSIBILITIES:
︎ Use current software to pick, pack, and ship orders placed through the website
︎ Use Monday and Slack to communicate effectively and appropriately with the remote Customer Care Team to resolve order issues
︎ Maintain up to date knowledge of packaging and shipping requirements and company product line
︎ Restock workstation with shipping and packaging supplies, products, and other materials
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
︎ Moderate computer knowledge is a plus, but we are willing to teach
︎ Detail-oriented
︎ Willingness to work additional hours during the holiday season is a plus!
REQUIREMENTS:
︎ Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
︎ Must be able to stand for lomg periods of time
︎ Must be authorized to work in the United states
︎ High school diploma or GED required
