Sarah's Silks is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Order Fulfillment team! The Order Filler 1b - Shift Lead is responsible for mastering all duties of an Order Filler 1b, including all tasks related to the fulfillment of domestic and international orders placed through the Sarah’s Silks B2B and B2C websites. During periods of high sales volume, the Order Filler 1b - Shift Lead will also be scheduled, as needed, to lead shifts of other Order Filler 1s and Seasonal Order Fillers.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
︎ Job Type: Permanent, part-time, non-exempt
︎ Schedule: Flexible, fluctuates based on existing or anticipated order volume

︎ Salary range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
︎ Location: Graton, CA
ORDER FILLER 1B RESPONSIBILITIES:
︎ Use current software to pick, pack, and ship orders placed through the websites
︎ Use Monday and Slack to communicate effectively and appropriately with the remote Customer Care Team and Sales Team to resolve order issues
︎ Maintain up to date knowledge of packaging and shipping requirements and company product line
︎ Restock workstation with shipping and packaging supplies, products, and other materials
︎ Utilize current scheduling system to know who is responsible for leading each shift
SHIFT LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES:
︎ Train and provide support to Seasonal Order Fillers
︎ Utilize current scheduling system to know who is on each shift and report attendance issues to Order Fulfillment Manager
︎ Receive shift objectives from Order Fulfillment Manager and communicate them to other Order Filler 1s and Seasonal Order Fillers
︎ Keep Order Fillers on task and working to meet goals as assigned
︎ Escalate issues or concerns appropriately to supervisors and/or HR
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
︎ Moderate computer proficiency and/or aptitude to learn new systems - GSuite, Shopify, Slack, Monday, Shipstation, Cin7
︎ Excellent problem-solving skills
︎ Detail-oriented
︎ Flexible and able to adjust work schedule based on existing or anticipated workload
EXPECTED HOURS:
︎ 25+ hours/week during holiday season (Oct-Mar) and planned sales periods
︎ Weekend shifts may be required during the holiday season and planned sale periods (qualifying employees receive an additional $2/hr on top of base pay rate for weekend hours)
︎ 15+ hours/week during slower periods
REQUIREMENTS:
︎ Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
︎ Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
︎ Must be authorized to work in the United states
︎ High school diploma or GED required
︎ Previous order fulfillment experience is a plus!
