Sarah's Silks is currently seeking multiple enthusiastic individuals to join our Order Fulfillment team for the holiday season! Order Fillers work at our Graton location to help fulfill a high volume of customer orders placed through our website.
This is a temporary, part-time position lasting through December 20th, with the possibility of staying on until January 17th.
The schedule for this position is flexible. Hours start around 15 hrs/wk, weekdays, through October and increase to 25-30 hrs/wk in November, with option to work Saturdays.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
︎ Job Type: Temporary, part-time, non-exempt
︎ Schedule: 4 hour shifts, 15 hrs/wk in Oct; 5 hr shifts, 25-30 hrs/wk in Nov & Dec
︎ Start date: As soon as possible
︎ End date: Dec 20 - Jan 17
︎ Salary range: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
︎ Location: Graton, CA
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
︎ Learn and apply packaging and shipping standards
︎ Work towards fulfillment goal of 15 orders/hour
︎ Restock workstation with shipping and packaging supplies and materials
︎ Maintain a clean and organized workspace
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods of time. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

︎ Previous order fulfillment experience is a plus!
