Summit Bicycles, The area's premier bicycle shop and repair center is hiring! In Los Gatos your earning potential is high as most of the bikes we build, sell and repair are high end. Bike prices typically average $3000+ per unit. Summit offers plentiful training resources to constantly improve yourself as a professional, and endless product training so you are always up to speed and ready to earn great money doing what you love!

We are looking for employees who are passionate about bicycles, and that are fun and energetic to work with. We offer health benefits, 401(k) and paid vacation for seasoned employees. All of the FT positions we are looking to fill are long term positions. Performance of job tasks and duties will greatly determine our assistance with such expenses. We will take into account travel expenses for those traveling from San Francisco.
Start dates for these positions are ASAP. Compensation will be hourly with the possibility of goal-based bonuses.
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for bicycles! It doesn't matter what kind of bike you ride as long as you love it!
- Approachable and friendly. Our teams are all about the customer experience. We want team members who deliver WOW-customer service.
- Great work ethic and positivity.
- Thrives in fast-paced working environment.
- Goal driven. Each Summit Bicycles store has monthly and yearly goals we rally around the achieve, it is our most defining cultural trait.
- Cooperative spirit; always willing to help.
- Able to navigate difficult situations with little-to-no help.
- A little weird. None of us take ourselves too seriously. We want you to be yourself!
- Technician: Mechanical experience to some extent. Amateur work is also acceptable

- Experience in Bicycle shops or other retail environments
