We provide a great potential opportunity for career development. Signosis is seeking a self-motivated Scientist with experiences in molecular biology, cellular biology, and assay development.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, Biology or related field with hand-on experiences.
Strong and broad knowledge and experiences in signal transduction pathways is preferred.
Excellent experiences in culturing many different cell lines including suspension cells and methods for gene delivery, such as transfection.
Molecular biology skills (cloning, protein expression, qPCR, Western blotting and Northern Blotting) are necessary.
Self- motive and creative in developing new technologies are desired.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for developing cell-based assays and establishing stable cell lines, including designing the experiments, constructing the vectors and selecting clones and conducting the functional tests. The candidate also needs to participate in other product development projects and supervise research associates.
