Rich Ventures Marketing (RVM) is a Subscription-as-a-Service (SaaS) marketing agency aimed at helping small businesses and startups promote their company. Our team will take care of all the marketing and digital presence needs for our customers - building and managing the website, syncing all digital presence data (Yelp, Google My Business), creating content and executing social media strategy and postings, SEO, and paid ads/media such as email campaigns and direct mail. Our unique payment model allows for predictable budgeting, ongoing services, and no billable hours - $999/mo annually + 20% of paid ads. If you have an idea for some extra marketing, we’ll cover it! We truly make the relationship with our clients feel more like a partnership.
We are looking for commission-based Sales Consultants that can create lead generation strategy plans, execute on those plans, get meetings scheduled on calendars, and close deals - and are willing to just figure it out and execute. You want to take the risk for the reward and figure it out yourself. You’re responsible for your own demand/lead generation and we’ll work on closing deals! We’ll give you an email address and you start selling - to be transparent, we are looking for an Individual Contributor to deliver. We’re looking for someone who already has their own lead generation tools (such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc…) and/or is willing to invest in themselves and purchase without reimbursement. Alternatively, the other direction is Yelp or Google to cold call down the list. We’re looking for someone to figure it out. We completely understand if you cannot front the bill, so if you need software/subscriptions, propose it when you apply ahead of time and we will consider it.
Internally, we’re laying the foundations (doing it ourselves first) to build a scalable sales team (and our Sales Consultants will be first candidates for the role), but in the meantime, we need “hunters” to just get it done and deliver. We’re looking to build a team and become salaried with benefits within the next 6-9 months and we’ll be looking to promote from within to manager roles.
Compensation Structure:
25% of First Invoice for New Customers
Upon 2 New Clients per Month, Providing $200 Software Credit
