Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team on an entry-level basis. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our water delivery services, subscription or periodical, to potential customers, building strong relationships, and closing sales to meet monthly targets.
Responsibilities:
-Actively seek out and approach potential commercial and business customers to present our water delivery services
-Educate customers on the benefits of choosing our company for their water delivery needs
-Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
-Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve sales targets
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Confident and Good Willed
-Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets
-Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
-Must be comfortable working in a commission-based environment
-Excellent follow through with customers and management
-Valid CA driver’s license and good driving record
-Vehicle with valid CA registration and current car insurance
-Comfort level with Apple Ipad and Email
-Has Cell phone (Apple/Android) with Data Plan
-Must be able to lift 30lb

Starting Compensation:
-$25 - $35 per hour after probation period
-Client Visitation Bonus & variable commission for every client closed
-Employees that exceed standards are eligible to receive an hourly raise within months.
-Commission structure in place for every new client onboarded to be paid at the end of the following first month of deliveries.
