High-Tech Manufacturing Company in Livermore requires an enthusiastic and motivated individual for sales and customer service in the rapidly growing Thin Film Industry. Candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work as part of a team, be organized and positive in all aspects of day-to-day tasks.
This is an entry-level position, no direct industry experience is required, the right person will be trained in every aspect of the industry that will be needed to confidently sell the products that we provide. Tasks:
-Service existing customer base, mainly by email and phone but also some onsite customer visits.
-Prospecting for new customers in an ever increasing industry.
-Following and assisting customers from first contact until an order is placed.
-Being knowledgeable about customers individual requirements.
-Being timely and responsive to ensure customer is satisfied and opportunities are followed up on.
-Exhibit company products at trade shows in support of Technical staff.
Requirements:
-Some prior sales experience may be advantageous
