We offer a diverse line of pavers, walls, and elements. We a have proven system for every aspect of our business, all designed to help you make the best income you’ve ever made. Most importantly, we have a sales model with pre-qualified leads that will allow you to earn a six-figure income. You’ll learn our system and give a dynamic presentation; you'll make a significant income and know you've done a great service for your clients.
We are seeking experienced Exterior Home Improvement Salespeople who have the ability to CLOSE a deal on the initial visit!
Do NOT apply if you do not have Paver/Landscape experience
Qualifications
- Exterior Home Improvement sales experience is a must for this position. We don’t have the time to train from the basics, you need to be able to hit the ground running!
- Ability to learn our sales model and apply it quickly
- Ambitious, organized & money motivated
- Understands sales psychology, a great attitude, and connects with people quickly
- Computer literate
- Financially stable to handle a short ramp-up period
- No priors or drug issues (required for in-home sales license)
- Can One Call Close.

Our experienced reps all make six figures and have control over their schedules, so you work when you want! If you follow the program, you’ll make $15,000 a month minimum.
Your Basic Responsibilities:
Be ready and on-time for all appointments.
Present a professional appearance
Meet with prospects and assess their needs.
Conduct a dynamic, comprehensive presentation
Present your Solution. . . . and Close
Cultivate relationships and build referral business
