As a Medical Device Sales Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Identifying potential customers and new business opportunities within the medical device industry.
Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to medical professionals.
Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to achieve sales quotas.
Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Providing accurate sales forecasts and reporting to management on sales activity and customer feedback.
Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Medical Device Sales Professional position will have the following qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct sales, outside sales, and B2B sales, preferably within the medical device industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
Experience with territory management, territory sales, and working as a territory sales rep, territory sales manager, or territory manager.
Experience in a hunter or grinder sales role, with a relentless drive to achieve sales goals.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.
Ability to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
Professional working proficiency in Spanish or Chinese Mandarin is a plus
