We are seeking professionals to become a Farmers Insurance agent in the Bay Area. We understand that it takes time to build a small business and be able to develop the necessary skills and understanding, to excel in the insurance industry. We provide our Farmers Insurance agents with ongoing training and support on their entire journey.
Insurance Licensing: Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required, before full-time agent appointment. If you are not licensed, we will help you get your licenses, Cost-free!
Two separate books of business for sale:
1. Annual Salary: $75,000-$85,000 before any new business sales
Cost of Book: Negotiable
2. Annual Salary: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Cost of book: Negotiable

Benefits of the Farmers Insurance Acquisition Agent Program:
Immediate return on investment, after purchase of the book of business
Residual income from the book of business and all new business sales
Ability to offer a wide range of insurance, financial services, and life insurance products to meet customer needs
An opportunity that allows you to maintain your own schedule
Signing Bonus: Up to $5,000 bonus following full-time retail agency appointment
Monthly Lead Program: Up to $500 per month in lead opportunity credits(if program qualification goals are met)
Monthly Bonus: Based on monthly new business and production
Annual Bonus: Based on 12-month new business and production for three years
Retail bonus opportunities are in addition to commissions

Monthly District trainings for New Stores

Complete University of Farmers training,
Set and schedule appointments with prospective clients, weekly
