Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative who is fluent in both English and Mandarin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for approaching doctors’ offices and clinics to establish and nurture relationships, aiming to secure referrals for patients. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, allowing you to work based on your availability.
Responsibilities:
Approach and visit doctors’ offices and clinics to promote our services and establish relationships.
Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to explain our services and benefits.
Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the healthcare community.
Provide information and support to doctors and clinic staff to facilitate patient referrals.
Track and report on visits, interactions, and outcomes.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve referral goals and contribute to overall growth.Requirements:
Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential.
Previous experience in sales, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable transportation for local travel.Benefits:
