The Hibernia is seeking a highly organized and motivated On-Site Event Venue Sales Manager to manage the entire sales process for our event venues. In this role, you will oversee everything from lead follow-up to closing deals, including scheduling tours, creating and editing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. You’ll also play a crucial role in developing marketing strategies and managing a substantial volume of leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead follow-up to contract closing.

Manage and maintain 250+ active leads, ensuring timely communication.

Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies.

Provide weekly sales reports to ownership.

Qualify leads and manage the client database.

Update venue listings and website content.

Schedule and conduct venue tours (virtual & in-person).

Prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices.

Coordinate with operations for seamless event execution.

Qualifications:

Sales experience in events or hospitality; TripleSeat proficiency required.

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

CRM and sales tool proficiency, with keen attention to detail.

Self-motivated, independent, and deadline-driven.

Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed.

Event planning and venue management knowledge is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
