Oakland Property Management is a dynamic and growing property management company in Oakland, specializing in affordable housing and Section 8 properties.
We are seeking a part time (5-7 hours/week) Leasing Agent. You will make between $1000-2000 per month working a total of 20-30 hours or so per month. No experience required!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property showings for prospective tenants.
- Coordinate with the property management team to ensure units are ready for new tenants.
- Keep accurate records of showings, applications, and leasing activities.
- Meet or exceed leasing targets to maximize occupancy rates.
Qualifications:
- No experience required! Sales experience is a big plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- You must have a car and insurance
- Living in Oakland or very near by
Compensation:
- $200 per approved application
- $400 per signed lease
- $25-$100 per property visit / inspections
- Other incentives are available and are negotiable
