We are seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our growing clinic in Santa Rosa, CA.

The Patient Coordinator is a sales position, working directly with new patients from initial contact, through the consultation process and, when appropriate, selling a suite of cosmetic, and surgical procedures. The ideal candidate is a motivated, hardworking individual with a focus on exceptional customer service and patient experience.

Primary Goal of the Patient Coordinator: The primary role of the Patient Coordinator (PC) position is to develop relationships with inquiring, new, and established patients. Once establishing that bond, the PC will guide new and returning patients through their aesthetic journey, from the first phone call to post-treatment/surgery. This relationship plays a significant role in attracting new clients, inspiring referrals from previous clients, and retaining clients who have additional procedures.

An outgoing, positive personality is an absolute must. We seek an individual who is self-motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed pre-determined sales quotas. A polished appearance and professional demeanor are both musts. The ability to connect with our patients and build strong relationships are key points to your success.

Responsibilities:

Effectively manage inbound leads, providing detailed information on procedures and estimated costs

Conducting consultations alongside the Doctors both in-office and virtually

Building value in the Brand

Meeting with patients one-on-one after the consultation, providing them with information about the costs and scheduling

Provide patient coordination, and scheduling for plastic surgery procedures

Function as primary liaison between patients, staff, and surgeon

Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided from management

Extensive training provided to ensure new hires success

Experience & Skills:

Must display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as a customer centric attitude

Be detail-oriented, organized & ability to multi-task

Work well both in a team environment and individually

2+ years of demonstrated success in a sales environment

Working knowledge of plastic surgery
