Custom Sofa Co’s San Francisco location is looking to hire someone 4-5 days a week during the week. Either Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday! Super fun environment and laid back! We specialize in custom sofas and sectionals. Clients come in and basically design their own furniture down to the inch.
Job description includes opening and closing. (Shop hours are 12pm to 7pm Monday to Friday and 11-6pm weekends!)
Great customer service is a must and being honest.we aren’t pushy and don’t deceive clients when shopping. Even if it means losing a sale.
Providing product knowledge and helping clients narrow down their options. Handling transactions. Customer ETAs. Phone calls. Cleaning and maintaining the shop. Most of all sales are number one. We aren’t salesman though. Our product really does sell itself! We have the best warranties, fastest turn around times, best customer service and amazing pricing! Lastly scheduling deliveries and collecting balances when orders come in.
We pay $25 hourly with monthly bonuses! Our last employee who is moving on using his degree to follow his career, averaged around $35 hourly each month and that was during slow season.
Training is for 2 months starting at $20 hourly and then you go up to $25 after that. Monthly bonuses start after 2 months of working as well!
