We are seeking an on-site Sales & Marketing Assistant to help with outreach, customer communication, and e-commerce updates. This role offers hands-on experience in business development and marketing operations within an innovative tech environment.
Responsibilities:
Contact potential business partners (distributors, care facilities, senior assisted living facilities, hospitals)
Write and send marketing and follow-up emails
Maintain CRM and outreach records
Assist in updating online product listings and visuals
Support marketing and event activities
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Professional, friendly demeanor
Organized and detail-oriented
Experience with or interest in e-commerce and marketing tools
Business, Marketing, or related major preferred
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Location: On-site in Hayward, CA
Hours: 10–20 hrs/week
Compensation: Hourly or for internship credit
