Responsibilities:
-Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial
inquiries to finalizing the sale, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience
-Drawing upon your in-depth knowledge of our product offerings and excellent interpersonal skills, you will
connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored recommendations to meet their
preferences and budget
-Actively respond to sales inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit
potential
-Communicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-
person)
-Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available
-Assist guests in selecting a new/used vehicle
-Understand and accommodate the needs of each guests to bring them in for proper vehicle
demonstration and transaction
-Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day
$6000 Guarantee will be paid out in monthly installments for 3 months.
