Associate Product Manager (Wage Offer: $107,099/yr): Plan and manage information technology (IT) projects for Rockbot’s music platform. Establish the vision for the Software music streaming platform offering and help drive the GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy and execution. Lead the work of technical staff and serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage and monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Work with various original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners and Audio/Video Operating System partners to launch streaming services at brick-and-mortar businesses that use Rockbot products. Monitor the Rockbot streaming experience on all hardware platforms such as streaming audio, TV, and digital signage. Collaborate with the design team to develop a cohesive customer activation experience and brand message across all hardware touchpoints. Develop and execute Software Device Platform integrations roadmap, Mobile Device Management solutions, Design Device monitoring and deployment solutions, and support the growth strategy by diversifying our support across multiple SW platforms. Support the launching of new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly. Monitor the software architecture and ensure the design decisions related to Rockbot’s products’ overall system structure meet essential qualities such as security and modifiability.

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
SKILLS: Must have:
1. Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) and product analytics tools (at least two of the following: MixPanel, Amplitude, Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or Domo) to track impact of product output.
2. Experience analyzing data using SQL.
3. Experience using the following programming languages to create websites: Vue.js, Typescript, HTML, and CSS.
4. Experience using agile methodology to manage projects, submitting project deliverables, and adhering to quality standards.
5. Experience assessing customer needs and enabling sales by communicating with stakeholders and conducting surveys.
6. Experience with wireframing and design tools (Figma, Sketch).
