Qualifications
We currently have an initial working beta version of the app in React Native and want to build on this to get to a stable version for our product release in late December
Ideally, someone who is execution minded, with solid experience bringing projects to life from start to finish that wants to be a main contributor to a company in its early stages
You’ll work as the lead mobile app developer, alongside a small but talented team of software engineers, artists, & designers
The position requires someone with mobile expertise, a consumer focused mindset, and ability to push a mobile app on both iOS and Android out to production
5 years of professional Mobile App Development
Command over C#, Javascript & React Native
Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and standards
Deep understanding of RESTful API and application design
Experience working creatively around constraints and navigating ambiguous situations
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with an ability to present to and build consensus among the team
Has shipped mobile apps end to end at medium-large scale
A disciplined approach to development, testing, documentation and code structure in a team environment
Experience designing mobile apps for consumer software products
A love of beautiful design aesthetics
Understanding of backend development
To lead mobile app development for iOS and Android apps, from concept to production
Utilize wireframes & requirements to build, test, & deploy v1 of the app for both iOS and/or Android to spec
Ensure 100% functionality within the app, low response times, and clean implementation & usability
Create continuous integration workflow for pushing mobile app and firmware updates to users devices
