A busy, integrative medicine clinic is looking for an energetic, friendly and no-drama Front Desk Receptionist. You'll help to manage the day-to-day responsibilities such as greeting and checking in patients, handling paperwork, collecting payments, coordinating appointments, answering phones. We have really wonderful patients, and this position can be lots of fun for the right person.
Job Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of experience working with the public in customer service
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Knowledge and use of general office equipment: copier, fax, credit card machine,
Must be able to engage in light physical activity such as reaching, bending, and moving equipment (30lbs or less)
At least some college or associates degree required.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain patient records, file charts and related records.
Process payments and sales, manage cash register, reconcile daily sales.
Address patient concerns, educate on our services, and provide superior customer service with a smile, both in person and on the phone.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinical areas.
