Through Strength and Conditioning, gymnastics, parkour, yoga, and nutritional training, our athletes and coaches improve their health and fitness on an on-going basis in a fun and challenging way.
Rec and Pre Rec Gymnastics Coaches Needed!
Are you looking to combine your love of athletics and fitness with a fun, fulfilling job? The Cave in Marin County is currently seeking people like you to coach all levels of gymnastics! Popular demand for our classes is extremely high, and we have a long list of kids waiting for a great coach. Could it be you?
If you are athletic, highly motivated, and love working with kids, we want to hear from you! Experience working with young children is required. A background in gymnastics and previous coaching experience are a plus.
This position is part-time with the possibility to go full-time, paid hourly. You will be working with young children ages 2-12. Below are the three class styles we are hiring for, most coaches with us coach a combination of these classes. Parent and Me are only for coaches available in the mornings.
Parent and Me: Coaches for this class will work with very young kids with their parent or guardian. You will lead them through obstacles and games with a gymnastics theme to build their familiarity with movement and the basics of gymnastics.
Pre-Rec: Classes for ages 3-5 are fast paced and play focused with obstacles and stations, kids are learning to listen with the group during warm ups and are participating without their parent helping.
Rec: Rec students are ages 6-12 and are beginning true gymnastics drilling, working on skills to level up within the USAG program.
Competitive pay with flexibility for full time or part time. Morning, afternoon, and weekend hours may be required. The Cave is well known for its excellent coaching style. We will help train you in our highly regarded techniques, our program, and our curriculum. Background checks may be required.
