Well established growing manufacturer of process equipment for the electronics industry is looking for a field service technician. In this position, you will install and/or repair electro mechanical systems at our customer sites around the globe. In your free time, you will support our parent company's SMT operation.

Responsibilities and Qualifications are:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Expeditiously responding to customer inquiries and requests
2. Providing instructions to customer for installation and or repair of equipment. This could be via telephone, video call, email or other forms of communications.
3. Travelling to customer sites (domestically and internationally) for installation and or repair of equipment.
4. Collaborate with engineering to create and or revise product manuals
5. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Knowledge of electronics - ability to trouble shoot, report and repair electrical and electronics problems.
2. Excellent mechanical aptitude - ability to trouble shoot, report and repair mechanical problems with mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic parts.
3. Minimum 3 years equipment repair and set up experience.
4. Good spoken and written communications skills in English.
5. Very good "customer skills" - even tempered, pleasant and respectful attitude.
6. Ability to work and collaborate in a team oriented environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. AA degree in electronics.
2. Experience with SMT equipment - repair or operation/set up.
3. 5+ years experience in field service, repairing electro mechanical systems.
4. Ability to communicate in Chinese (speaking).
