Andrew Mark Construction builds some of the Bay Area’s most exciting projects. We help our clients build their dream homes in the area. We seek a highly motivated and energetic individual who is seeking long-term employment with a fast-paced small company.
Your responsibilities will include:
Gathering the basic details of the project scope and setting up electronic job files
Preparing proposals for new construction projects
Creating bid packages, and assembling associated drawing sets and spreadsheets.
Assisting project managers, tracking project milestone status, and updating jobs as milestones are achieved.
Setting up and maintaining a project diary and database documenting the job milestones overseeing the project status while maintaining the client’s scheduling goals to keep projects moving forward.
Scheduling pre-construction meetings and assist with conducting the meeting.
Must have:
2 plus years of project management and proficiency in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
AutoCAD drafting skills and experience with JobTread, Knowify, Procore, Builder Trend, or similar builder software are highly desirable.
A valid California Driver’s License and transportation is essential.
