Auto Body shop in San Jose looking for Part Person
DUTIES:
Identifies parts necessary to complete repairs in the shop
Works closely with vendors to locate, negotiate best price and order parts
Ensures timely ordering and delivery of parts in accordance with production schedule
Receives and inspects parts for quality/accuracy and distributes parts according to repair order
Mirror match new replacement parts against parts that are being replaced
Organize and distribute parts to repair technicians to expedite workflow
Maintains accurate record for purchased and returned parts
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of experience with automotive parts in collision repair industry
Working experience in auto body shop is a big plus
Computer proficiency
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced working environment
Ability to work well with all staff members
Perform related duties as needed.
