Looking for carpenters to work with experienced GC building a spec home from the ground up.
Looking for a lead: With over 30 yrs experience I've done this before, I know how to do everything regarding foundation, frame, and finish. I'll be onsite working side by side with you as much as I can, but there will be times I have to walk away for phone calls, meetings, subs, inspections. We'll discuss the job and make a plan together each day and do this together. This will be my only project for the duration. If you're licensed and insured I can 1099 you at the end of the year, otherwise I can put you on my payroll.
