II. Landscape Field Crew Technician

Landscaper Position at Logiculture LLC
We are looking for a highly motivated teammate to help build and maintain beautiful, ecologically conscious urban landscapes in San Francisco.
Here’s What You’d Do:
You’ll provide support transforming our clients’ outdoor spaces throughout the lifecycle of a project: demolition, design, construction, planting, and maintenance. To do so, you’ll safely operate common landscaping equipment (must be able to lift up to 80 lbs).
Primary Responsibilities:
-Assist with demolition activities such as soil and debris removal
-Assist with construction of hardscape elements (e.g., retaining walls, decks, fences, patios, irrigation, etc)
-Maintain clients’ outdoor space by weeding and pruning to ensure healthy growth, repairing built elements as needed
-Troubleshoot irrigation systems that are malfunctioning, leaking or are otherwise inoperable
-Plant ecologically conscious decorative and edible plants
-Demonstrate strong client orientation by developing and maintaining a friendly and responsive rapport with clients
Preferred Experience:
-At least 18 years old
-Demonstrated self-starter, curious to learn, and highly motivated
-At least 1 year experience in landscaping, construction, or related fields using equipment such as power tools, saws, surveying equipment
