Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Field Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality of landscape maintenance services, conducting site visits, training field personnel, and coordinating maintenance operations. This role involves proactive communication with property managers, HOA board members, and internal operations and sales teams to ensure exceptional service delivery, continuous improvement, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct weekly site visits for large accounts, bi-weekly for medium-sized accounts, and monthly for smaller accounts to assess property conditions, identify deficiencies, and ensure quality standards.

Collaborate with Crew Leaders to develop operating plans and provide hands-on training in pruning, landscape detailing, and maintenance best practices.

Generate estimates for routine maintenance work and upgrades, including labor and materials.

Manage the intake of customer requests, document site assessments, and submit recommendations for major projects through mobile applications.

Lead training programs for Maintenance Crew Leaders, developing comprehensive training materials and ensuring field personnel can execute tasks independently.

Coordinate daily operations with the Operations Manager, prepare schedules, address technical questions, and complete close-out reports detailing tasks, labor, and materials.

Identify opportunities for extra work and revenue generation, submitting estimates and project leads to the sales team.

Ensure proper job site safety measures, tool maintenance, and work truck organization are upheld to meet company standards.

Maintain open communication with clients for walk-throughs, requests, and project consultations as needed.

Be available for on-call work after hours, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of landscape maintenance experience; AA degree and/or relevant trade certifications preferred.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Proficient in English, both written and verbal; Spanish skills are a plus.

Familiarity with horticulture, plant care, and landscape maintenance best practices.

Basic math skills for estimating and budgeting purposes.

First aid certification is an advantage.
