Position Description:
As a Cabinet Maker at Lloyd’s Custom Woodwork, you will be responsible for crafting custom cabinetry and millwork for some of the most prestigious homes in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will use your woodworking expertise to bring our clients' visions to life, while also contributing your creativity and problem-solving skills to ensure the highest quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Highly Skilled Millworker with 5+ years of experience in Cabinet Making
Exceptional attention to detail and committed to fine craftsmanship and quality
Proficiency with woodworking tools and machinery
Must supply own basic tools
Ability to adapt and innovate in a custom shop environment
Disciplined, self-motivated and organized
Punctual, professional ethics and positive attitude
Pro-active and takes initiative
Understand and effectively carry out written procedures
Ability to work overtime when required
Basic computer & math skills
Strong problem-solving skills and creativity
Ability to work independently, but willing to respond to critical feedback
Continuous improvement oriented
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Frequent walking, standing, climbing, heavy lifting and carrying, bending, kneeling, and reaching
Work with and around machinery with moving parts
Typically work in Plant and have exposure to hot/cold temperatures, dust, and excessive noises

Precise measuring, cutting, and assembly of cabinetry
Interpreting design plans and blueprints
Utilizing a variety of woodworking tools and machinery
Collaborating with the team to ensure project success
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Return all tools and other items to designated areas daily
Proper and safe use of plant equipment and machines
Learn and use Time Tracking Software to maintain accurate labor records
Learn and use Huddle Tracking Software to share your ideas and issues
Follow timely production start, stop, and break times
Accountable for safety of self and others
Learn and follow all company policies and procedures
Job Specific Responsibilities:
Work in various departments of Manufacturing Plant
Thorough knowledge of architectural casework and millwork
Build Cabinets/Assemblies using CAD drawings
Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and measuring tape
Ability to learn our method and procedures to build a wide variety of assemblies
Use a variety of hand tools such as drills, clamps, sanders, squares, etc.
Empty various waste bins, scrap bins and dust collectors
Perform other duties, including working in other areas as required, to meet the mission and goals of the company

Legal documentation for working in the United States
