40 horas ala semana de lunes a Viernes.

Requerimientos:
Dispuesto a trabajar y seguri las polizas de seguridad de la compania.
Capas de mover 5 galones de pintura, mover escaleras y otros equipos de trabajo
Cumplir con los requisitos para trabajar y la documentacion necesaria.
Tener un vehiculo o forma de llegar al trabajo.
Tener Buena actitud y poder trabajar en grupo.

Growing Bay Area general contractor specializing in multi-family construction and repair has several openings for Stucco, Interiors Carpenters and other journeymen level construction. These roles would be required to complete a variety of tasks including carpentry, waterproofing, stucco, siding, trim, framing, interior finish, drywall, painting, and concrete. Reliable transportation required and a dependable light truck is also a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
Capable of lifting 50 pounds
Previous experience in construction
Ability to follow construction plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced co-workers
Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, attics)
Must be willing and able to climb ladders and work in crawl spaces
Reliable transportation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Exercises a high level of professionalism and a positive demeanor
Thrive in a team environment and can work individually with minimal instruction
Must be a hard worker and dependable
