Responsibilities:
Form, pour, and finish concrete slabs, sidewalks, curbs, retaining walls, and foundations
Read and interpret plans, elevations, and site layouts
Ensure proper grading, slope, and ADA compliance
Mix and place concrete with attention to weather, curing, and finish quality
Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades for efficient workflow
Project Types May Include:
Hillside pours requiring precision and slope management
Stamped or decorative finishes for high-end residential work
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in concrete work
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Familiarity with rebar placement, formwork, and finishing tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Legal right to work in the U.S. – we follow all CSLB and labor compliance standards
