Responsibilities:
Execute high-level finish carpentry work with accuracy and attention to detail
Deliver work that meets or exceeds luxury residential standards
Areas of Expertise:
Wood paneling, ceilings, and flooring
Staircases, handrails, and lean rails
Doors, windows, trim, and crown molding
Cabinets, baseboards, decks, trellises, railings, and siding
Read and interpret plans, elevations, and shop drawings
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Qualifications:
5+ years of finish carpentry experience in high-end residential construction
Proven ability to execute complex and detailed millwork fabrication and installations
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability on the job site
