Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in concrete estimating for commercial projects and the ability to produce accurate, detailed, and competitive bids.

Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial concrete projects
Review project plans, specs, and bid documents
Perform takeoffs using digital estimating tools/software
Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and field teams to ensure accuracy
Track historical cost data and market trends

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience estimating commercial concrete work
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, etc.)
Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple bids
