Kell Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. has immediate openings for an EXPERIENCED HVAC INSTALLER for commercial construction and remodel projects. Competitive compensation will depend on your level of expertise and experience. We service the East Bay.
Duties:
Perform installation work for HVAC/R equipment, duct systems, fittings, and grilles/registers/diffusers
Follow defined installation procedures for HVAC/R equipment according to company instructions/policy, and manufacturer installation instructions.
Complete installations while maintaining quality
Start-up new equipment and verify correct operation
Clean Equipment/work area at the end of every workday
Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon completion of work
Requirements:
Ability to follow/perform installation procedures for HVAC equipment
Ability to perform minor field fabrication
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Five years of verifiable experience
Neat, clean, professional appearance.
