Responsibilities:
Set and secure forms for concrete placement.
Finish and smooth pour concrete surfaces using various tools and techniques.
Ensure work meets specifications and quality standards.
Read and interpret project plans and specifications.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher and Form Setter.
Knowledge of various concrete finishing techniques and materials.
Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
