As a Rebar Installer and Concrete Forming Specialist for residential - Crew Leader, your responsibilities will include:

Interpretation and execution of project blueprints and plans.
Leading and managing a crew to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and safely.
Overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality requirements.
Training and guiding crew members to enhance skills and performance.
Collaborating with project managers to optimize job site productivity.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in rebar installation and concrete forming, particularly with foundations and walls.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and specifications.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
