Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Foundation Specialist who can:
Read and interpret blueprints and architectural plans accurately.
Perform foundation work, including excavation, rebar installation, and concrete pouring.
Ensure all work adheres to safety and quality standards.
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising on quality.
Additional Skills:
Knowledge and experience in framing are a significant plus!
Ability to collaborate with a team and communicate effectively on-site.
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in foundation work, including laying rebar and concrete.
Strong understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation.
Reliable, hardworking, and committed to excellence.
Physical ability to perform construction tasks.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
