ARROW is hiring for the Superintendent position and seeks candidates with solid experience delivering this type of work. In addition to your skills as a builder, we’re looking for excellent communication skills and relative comfort interacting with clients and design principals.
Superintendent candidates should have the following qualifications and experience:
Minimum of 10 years construction experience, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a site Superintendent.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Perfect English is a must. Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
Ability to generate and maintain project schedules.
Experienced using email, Microsoft Word, MS Project (or equivalent scheduling software), and Excel. If you do not have this specific experience, we are open to understanding how you successfully work without these tools.
Ability to periodically self-perform trade work is a plus, but not required.
