SITE SUPERINTENDENT IN SAN FRANCISCO AREA
Bay Area construction company is seeking a Site Superintendent to join our team. Site Super will oversee all projects daily. Interact and coordinate with all subcontractors, architects, engineers, local offices and owners.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Manage multiple sites simultaneously, meeting scheduling goals and maintain a high standard organized professional work site.
Review contracting documents.to ensure projects are build according to approved plans, specifications, all drawings, and applicable building codes.
Manage the procurement process, and maintain, track, and report financial aspects of projects including Subcontractors, materials, coding, forecasts, and billings.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
5 years minimum experience of high-end residential construction project management
Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transport
Ability to understand construction documents, plans and budget reports
Must be able to work well and communicate efficiently with clients, subcontractors and other team members.
COMPENSATION: Depending on experience
