We’re looking for a hands-on Construction Supervisor to lead our residential remodeling projects on-site. This isn’t a desk job — we need someone who knows how to run a crew, manage trades, and make sure the job is built right the first time.
Responsibilities:
Be present on the job site daily, directing and assisting crews
Coordinate subcontractors and trades to keep work moving smoothly
Check quality of work at every stage and enforce safety standards
Make sure materials, tools, and equipment are on site when needed
Complete and submit daily reports in BuilderTrend
Communicate with project managers and clients as needed
Step in and help with tasks when required — lead by example
Requirements:
Strong background in residential remodels
Proficiency with BuilderTrend (daily logs and updates required)
Ability to manage both people and the flow of work in the field
Solid knowledge of construction methods, codes, and inspections
Must be reliable, organized, and ready to “strap on a tool belt” when necessary
