Location: Marin County & North Bay, CA
We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent for a +/- $12M high-end residential project. Project start anticipated to be early to mid-November. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with deep construction knowledge, strong leadership, and a proactive communication style. Candidates must bring technical expertise with documented, verifiable proof of experience, demonstrated through a resume and work portfolio. This is not a training position—we are looking for proven professionals. No relocation assistance available.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations, including daily digital reports, safety meetings, and jobsite documentation.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
Ensure strict compliance with plans, specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
Maintain site cleanliness, security, and professional presentation.
Lead site meetings and communicate regularly with project managers, architects, and clients.
Manage inspections and collaborate with building officials.
Monitor project progress, track material deliveries, and resolve issues in real time.
Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of site superintendent experience in high-end residential construction, with recent work in modern building.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and project sequencing.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Tech-savvy: proficient with Procore (or similar), digital plans, email, and Excel.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
