General Contractor looking for entry to mid-level construction workers who are well rounded and willing to learn. Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record as our jobs are located in San Francisco and around the Bay Area. Must be comfortable working inside and outside on scaffold and heights.
Requirements
-Transportation and clean record
-Have basic tools
-Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
-Works well in a team setting as well as individually
-Construction knowledge/experience
-Willing to be trained
-Be able to lift and carry 50lbs, comfortable with working on scaffold/heights
-Must be willing to work a W2 schedule Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Responsibilities
-Prep construction sites daily, load tools, materials and equipment
-Maintain a cleanly job-site at all times
-Open communication with team, foremen and managers daily
-Maintain high standards and deliver only the best quality work
Skills Needed
-Carpentry (rough and finish)
-Framing
-Remodel knowledge
-Working on scaffold 5-8 stories high
-Patchwork
-Masonry
-Stucco
-Cement
-Drywall
