We’re a growing electrical contractor based in Scotts Valley serving Santa Cruz County. Our core services include panel upgrades, generator installations, EV chargers, dedicated circuits, and troubleshooting. We’re looking for a skilled Foreman Electrician who can both run jobs and represent the company professionally.
About the Position
Lead projects, manage helpers, and maintain a clean, code-compliant job site. You’ll collect information for estimates, meet with clients, and must demonstrate confidence on job walks. You should communicate clearly with homeowners, sell work when appropriate, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
Required Skills & Experience
Journeyman-level electrician (5+ years residential preferred)
Strong proficiency in: panel upgrades, generators, EV chargers, troubleshooting/diagnostics, dedicated circuits, and house rewires
Must live in Santa Cruz County
Must have secure, off-street parking for a company vehicle overnight
Clean driving record (daily use of company van)
Clean background check
Professional appearance, fluent English, and excellent people skills
Able to lead others, work independently, and interface confidently with clients
Compensation & Details
$45 per hour
Company work van provided for travel between job sites, the office, and material suppliers only (no personal use)
Vehicles are GPS monitored
Part-time to start, with potential for more hours as workload grows
