Qualifications
Valid California driver’s license
Experience in a fabrication / shop setting
Knowledge of Hand Tools, Material Handling Equipment and common Shop Machinery
Knowledge of means and methods associated with Sawing, Machining, Welding, Finishing and Patina
Professionalism
Ability to interact with Staff in a professional manner
Ability to interact with Clients and Vendors in a professional manner
Arrive and be working at assigned time
Proper management of breaks
Arrive to meetings, appointments, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled
Responsibilities
Assist Leads with assigned projects in accordance with time standards and quality expectations
Assist with the maintenance of current organizational systems
Ensure that personal work area, machines and hand tools are kept clean and tidy
Proper utilization of appropriate PPE
Identify and report health and safety risks, accidents, incidents, injuries and property damage
Assistance with installs
Performance
Ability to safety load material, projects and tools onto or into company vehicles.
Great collaborative skills
Great ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Great ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Great verbal, text and email communication

Ability to meet project deadline while maintaining company standards
Work Conditions
Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines
Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching and/or crawling and significant fine finger dexterity
Generally, the job requires 10% sitting and 90% standing
Significant lifting, carrying pushing and/or pulling
Shop environment may be exposed to loud noises, changing temperatures, machinery with moving parts and toxic materials
Compensation
This is a full-time position and will be compensated hourly based on experience and paid every two weeks
